Each appointment is a carefully reserved experience designed exclusively for you. Out of respect for our artists and guests, we ask that all appointment changes follow the policy below. Cancellations We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the reserved appointment total. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 75% of the service total. Late Arrivals To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require modification of your service or, in some cases, rescheduling. Late arrivals are subject to the same cancellation terms. By reserving an appointment with Ally, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
